Kristina Aleksandrovna Pedersen is a PhD student at the Department of Political Science, University of Copenhagen. Her work broadly investigates how autocratic regimes manipulate media to maintain power, and the impact of autocratic repression and information control on citizens. Kristina's work with CSMAP examines how Russia’s labelling of activists and political personalities as "foreign agents" affects user engagement with those channel's content on YouTube.
