Denis Stukal

Faculty Research Affiliate

Denis Stukal is an Associate Professor in the Faculty of Social Sciences and School of Politics and Governance at HSE University and a faculty research affiliate with NYU's Center for Social Media and Politics.

He was formerly a Lecturer in Data Analytics in Social Sciences at the Department of Government and IR (School of Social and Political Sciences) at the University of Sydney, and a postdoctoral researcher with CSMaP doing research in the fields of Comparative Politics and Political Methodology. His primary focus is the use of machine learning techniques to study political misinformation in post-communist countries (especially, in Russia).
